    yeah may be boring but if you break it up and do the variations its not so bad to do crunches. and i mean how long does it take, really, to get a good ab workout in, assuming you do cardio as well, like 10 minutes, 15?

    If what I ‘m reading is right it’s not how fast you do the ab exercises, it’s how slow you can go with a lot of resistance, that’s what’s gonna build muscles, not speed but endurance, thinking plain old resistance bands and a decline board may just be the best kind of ab workout for me right now…slow and steady wins the day.

    resistance and endurance, yeah, that’ll do it. was reading some ab belt reviews actually and the Flex Belt & other ems belts do actually allow you to build endurance by setting the intensity levels. am thinking you could also keep it lower to help with recovery after workouts, seems pretty versatile like as an addition or substitution for an ab workout, whatever you want.

    Crunches and an ab belt, best combination going, just don’t do/use them at the same time, gonna wreck the belt that way.

    Best abs workout for men? Sit ups, crunches, leg lifts, scissors, do them with that half sit up core centering you get from Pilates, can’t go wrong.

    No way men, can’t be serious. A beer can be justified but a smoke? Totally ruins everything your working for. ANd how can you do an ab workout or cardio if you smoke,bad idea.
